Jim is an awesome guy, very knowledgeable, and carries the best products in the vape industry. The juice is the best I've had, and I've tried plenty. I haven't gone anywhere else in over 2 years

The staff here is phenomenal. Super informative and not afraid to tell you what works vs. what will get them the highest sale. I’ve had multiple employees go above and beyond for me in the 3 years I’ve been a customer there, and I’ve seen them do the same for others. Plus their rewards program is awesome!

This place is just straight up amazing!.. Yesterday was my birthday so a friend and I went into a different store, Vaporwize, to get some pods for the Orion. He bought them for me as a gift. I walk into the store, one of the workers was playing a video game on a laptop the entire time I was in there. The other one 'helped' me out. I said I am looking for lost vape Orion pods, and he threw me the only package they had left. Transaction complete. I got home, opened and filled one of the pods and my device wasn't firing. The next morning, I go back into Vaporwize just to find out that they sold me the pods for the wrong model. He said it was his fault for not asking the model ahead of time and just assumed that the only Orion pods he had left were the ones for the wrong mode -rushing the transaction. He said to upgrade my device on my computer, so I went home, updated it, and it still didn't work. So I go back to the store. He said "let me text the boss man and see what I can do". So there I am, just waiting for his boss to respond to his text when a call was probably more convenient. The boss's response was that they could've switched them out if I didn't fill the pod up (how am I supposed to know if it works without trying it out), but on top of that, they didn't even have these common pods in stock. This was on my birthday, and as I left, the worker said "try and have a nice rest of your day". They didn't do anything to reimburse my friend's card as these were technically a gift or even helped me get the pods I needed on my birthday. So I decided to take my business to somewhere else. Three minutes away was another store called Titanium Vapor. I walked in, they probably had over 150 packs of pods for the device I have. The owner was playing an online game and signed out immediately and welcomed me as I entered His store. He was patient and let me try 8 different house made flavors (something Vaporwize does not even offer) even though he just knew I was looking for pods. There was one that I REALLY liked, and he even filled up my device on my way out. He even offered to walk me through the settings on my Orion DNA if I brought in a laptop. On top of this, he told me about the BOGO FREE juice deal that they run EVERYDAY from 7-8 am. He was extremely knowledgeable on every device, even let me hit his own with a disposable mouthpiece. He shook my hand, introduced himself (and his dog) to me, signed me up for his rewards program, and said "happy birthday man! I hope you have a great one!" Both of these places are less than 5 mins away from my house. I still have a bunch of rewards I could use at Vaporwize, as I have been building them up for a year or two, but I don't even care. Titanium Vapor was officially opened on January 2, 2015. Later we added a second store in February 2018. A lot has changed in the vaping industry since then. We are PMTA filed, FDA Compliant and have managed to successfully remain open during the pandemic. Underage sales are never an option. No ID, No Sale. We now retail liquor and glassware at our Watson location, with more product lines to follow. Stay tuned.
